Play Therapist

AERCS offers a dynamic interpersonal relationship between a child, a therapist and an RECE in the therapeutic space with the aim of helping the child (or person of any age) develop emotional awareness, safety in fully expressing and exploring self (feelings, thoughts, experiences, and behaviors) through play, the child’s natural medium of communication, for optimal growth an development.


Training Therapist

Our student therapists are in the process of earning their accreditation. Through sessions with a training therapist, Segovia Family & Couples Counselling Centre is able to offer you affordable counselling while fostering the growth of the therapist. All student therapists at AERCs are under the supervision of Owner/Founder, Gloria Segovia, SSW, BA, BSW, MSW, RSW, and RP.


Social Work

AERCS Social workers provide counselling, therapy and other supportive social services. They help individuals, couples, families, groups, organizations and communities develop the skills and resources they need to function well in society. AERCS Social Workers are covered by most insurance carriers under extended coverage/benefits.
